Entry #175

{summary} Tonight I sat in with Pat Cisarano, Kochie Banton, Rick Sabo, Everton, and Tony Mason at the Parkside Lounge! Pat and I did a duet to Redemption Song by Bob Marley. It was awesome and we got video! Life is good, starting to do yoga regularly and let me tell you; YOGA ROCKS! Two classes this week so far and my life makes more sense, feels more hopeful and sane and my body is feeling thankful to me that I took it to yoga! There are a lot of yogis and yoginis in NYC and no wonder. Anything to help you maintain your sanity is prized! Farewell, Jessica {extended}
